  2. Unsatisfactory Service: The return must be based on the dissatisfaction with the video editing service provided.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide your order number, a brief explanation of the reason for the return, and any relevant supporting documentation.

Refund Process

Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
